Nisei male. Born February 11, 1908, in Lodi, California. Resettled voluntarily to Mankato, Minnesota, prior to mass removal. Resettled in central California in 1947. Member of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) since 1929. Became active in redress movement as fundraiser and lobbyist for Central California District Council of JACL. Mr. Hirasuna passed away on February 12, 2004.
