Selected article titles: "Comfort in the Changing Face of Asian America" (pp. A8, A15), "Bleaching the Issei and Nisei: Threats to Identity and Memory in the Third Millennium" (pp. A12, A15), "Towards a New Millennium Without Colonies" (B2-B3, B6), and "The Millennium: A History of the Past 1,000 Years for Japanese Americans" (article spread intermittently throughout pp. B22-B78).

The holiday issue included advertisements bought by JACL members and chapters that included personal addresses and phone numbers to better foster communications between Japanese American communities.
