Color slide of a formal four man Marine Corps Color Guard in dress blues marching in the Portland Rose Festival Parade carrying the American and Marine Corps flags. They are marching on SW Third Ave past a crowd gathered in front of a Signal gas station and San Francisco Tailor, behind the Signal gas station is the old Multnomah Hotel. The Portland Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland. According to the donor processed on June 16, 1954.
