The float is of two horses made of yellow and brown flowers pulling a chariot made of green and yellow flowers with a male rider dressed as a Roman chariot rider. Two women sit in front of float holding roses in their lap. Side of the float reads "Sears, Roebuck and Co," a small yellow sign with the number 23 is visible on the side. The Rose Festival Parade is an annual event in which floats are made out of flowers and paraded down the streets of Portland.
