Caption on front [translation]: "Master of Judo
Ikkan Miyakawa, who is a 7th degree Kodokan master, is very young, 50 years old, born in 1885. He graduated from Shuyukan Middle School and attended Waseda University. He was already famous for Judo when he was in school. Now he is the master at the school he graduated from, but he has been aiming to get into politics, and when he ran in the first election in his home, Fukuoka, he was elected. Since then, he has been elected twice, and now he is a Diet member belonging to the Seiyu party. Accordingly, his status as a master of Judo is not really active."
