Article [translation]: "Consulate-General is busy with succession of citizenship (?), etc. One secretary to be added. Tadashi Morimura will be appointed soon. The Tochi Teikoku Consulate-General is busy with dealing with many matters of successions of citizenship (?) recently, so they requested to add a secretary member and, on the 8th, the secretary Tadashi Morimura was appointed to work in Honolulu. This news was announced on the 10th by a proxy of the consulate-general, Asaokuda. However, secretary Morimura's length of appointment is not certain. In addition, the Tochi Teikoku Consluate is usually composed of one consulate-general, one vice-consul and three secretaries, but with this addition of one secretary, total four secretaries now, the consulate will be expanded."
