Caption on reverse [translation]: "President of Nissei Cotton Spinning Factory
Mr. Seijiro Miyajima. He was known as an opinionated man, although he kept his silence after his master, Mr. Inukai, was killed. Since then, his nickname 'Opinionated' became history. Very knowledgeable person. He was discovered by Master Nazu and welcomed as the president of the Nissei Cotton Spinning Company Factory. He later established the Rayon Company. He came from Tochigi prefecture and is 56 years old."
