Caption on reverse [translation]: "On the morning of the 6th, Mr. Kodama woke up at home in Ushigome-Yakuoji town. It was a fine day with a clear blue sky. He visited the Communications Bureau, the central post office, the Central Telecommunications Bureau, and then visited the Banking Bureau in Azabu and the Electricity Research Institute in Osaki. At the Banking Bureau he observed the girls working with abacuses. He was amazed by their accuracy and celerity. At the Electricity Research Institute he observed the examination of radio waves and so on. He came back to his residence at 2:30 p.m. The photo is Minister Kodama observing girls working with abacuses."
