Caption on reverse [translation]: "The painter Okada traveled on foot to view works of art in Europe. After he finished his carefree travel, he got to Tokyo at [?]:55 [?] on the 26th. Pupils and friends didn't know when he got onto a train, so they didn't know when the train got to Tokyo. They were all relieved to learn the train got to Tokyo. Tokyo Station was crowded with his friends. They were art students, Sato Arima, [?] Iwata, and people who were [?]. Mr. Okada's arrival in Tokyo Station is in the photograph."
