Caption on front [translation]: "Kikue Ogami, Tokyo. 1. (real name) Toshiko Kondo, an actress; 2. Kanda, Sakuma-cho, Tokyo city; 3. February 7, 1915; 4. Student of Kudan Seika Girls' School; 5. Sendagaya 362; 6. Nothing; 7. She became a pupil of the sixth generation teacher in February of her eleventh year. The following December she experienced her first appearance on the stage with the Kyo Dai Troupe. The title of that play was "Modori [?]." In the next year she acted as a dancer with the bogy teacher in a play called "Hanshichi Torimono Cho." This year she started working as an actress in earnest. She goes by MeiDAiTekiNin [?] at this time."
