Beginning in the new year, this major will educate people in continent management. Before starting this new major President Kunihiko Okura went to China with his secretary, [?]. He wanted to be perfect before he starts this new major. He left for China on March 3rd on the ship Kokuryu Maru, which departed from Kobe port. The photo is President Okura."
