Caption on reverse [translation]: "Tribute to Terunomiya and Takanomiya. This coming September, leading artist Teki Nishizawa will make a set of hagoita for a tribute to Princesses Terunomiya and Takanomiya. These hagoita are designed after the traditional Noh play design, 'Crane and Turtle,' as the main motif, but he made a design more intimate to children. On the other hand, ten famous doll makers are working on that, and on this coming 17th they will present the tribute to Governor of Tokyo Hanzuka. The photo shows the gift of hagoita and [?], and lead artist Nishizawa."
