Article [translation]: "Consul Nishibori meets uncle. Liliha, Kiyotaro Kitamura. Consul Nishibori, on his way home with his loving wife and children, worked at the San Francisco overseas bureau for about two years and three months since it opened. Consul Nishibori is the same age as Consul Toru Kira, who works at this location, and Seishi Kitamura, who is living at 1510 Liliha, is his uncle. They went to welcome Mr. and Mrs. Kitamura on the boat. The photo is Consul Nishibori, his family, and Mrs. And Mrs. Kitamura."
