Article [translation]: "Bunyu Nakagami is the chief priest of Ryugoji in Haedami village, Aichi county, Shiga prefecture. After graduating from Bukkyo University, in 1922 after eight years, he worked as a missionary in North America, and upon after his return he worked at Ryukoku University. After that he worked as director of [?], and then he worked as the director of Kagoshima Honganji, and also as [?] at Kagoshima. In 1943 he became general manager at the Honganji. In 1946 [?], and in 1950 he became general manager at the main [?]. During that time he twice visited war criminals in Guam to comfort them, as requested by Mariana headquarters. He is known as [?] and has a keen brain."
