Caption on reverse [translation]: "Domei National News. (Tokyo) January 17. Before opening of congress Mr. Ozaki appeared in constitutional talkie. In honor of the new capital, a Japanese movie studio decided to produce a talkie titled 'Our Constitutional Hall.' Cast for this movie was Kentaro Kaneko, Yukio Ozaki, Suzuki, Keisuke Mochizuki, Adachi, Tanaka, and others. They shot at Nikkatsu Tamagawa studios at 3 p.m. on the 16th, and Mr. Ozaki and [?] showed their ability to direct. Mr. [?] touched his white hair softly and talked about the '50 year history of the constitution' for 10 minutes, his face a little red. He talked about the past of the constitutional government. After he left the platform he said, 'Talkies are [?], because there is no audience and [?].' The photo shows Mr. Ozaki, third from left, and Mr. Tagawa."
