Caption on reverse [translation]: "After finishing 10 years of studying English literature, daughter of artist Fusetsu Nakamura returned to Tokyo. After graduated from a women's university in Meijiro the daughter of artist Fusetsu Nakamura, Mineko, went to America to study at a university. After she graduated from the American university she went to England to study at Oxford University, and she was the only Japanese woman at that university. She received a lot of attention from newspapers in London. This time, when she submitted her thesis to receive her degree, she passed the exam and received her Masters of Art in December. She returned to Tokyo on a steam ship that arrived in the port of Yokohama. She will teach at her old school, the women's university of Meijiro. The photo shows Mineko (second from left), who returned home after a 10-year trip studying English literature. To her left is Fusetsu, and Itoko on the right."
