Caption on reverse: "ICHIMADA GREETED: Japanese Finance Minister Hisato Ichimada and Financial Commissioner Gengo Suzuki are in Honolulu today enroute home to Tokyo from Washington, D.C., where they attended the general meetings of the International Bank of Reconstruction and Development and International Monetary Fund. Ichimada was accompanied by his daughter, Tomoko, and secretary. The party arrived here last evening and is staying at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel until tomorrow morning when they will leave for Tokyo by Pan American Airways. The Japanese finance minister and his daughter are shown above with Takeo Isoshima (left), president of the Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce, and Japanese Consul-General Masahide Kanayama, who greeted the visitors at the airport.--(Hawaii Times photo)."
