DESCRIPTION

Caption on reverse [translation]: "Presenting a carp streamer to the new Foreign Minister of Germany. The carp streamer which former Ambassador to Germany Mushakoji was to present to the new Foreign Minister of Germany, Joachim von Ribbentrop, for his inauguration was completed and delivered to the embassy in Germany on the 4th. This carp streamer is a pair of a black carp 3 ken [approx. 18 feet] in length and a red carp 2 ken [approx. 12 feet] in length. They were made excellently. The picture shows Mr. Mushakoji and one of the carp streamers."
