Caption on reverse [translation]: "(Tokyo) June 22, 1937. From 12:30 p.m. on the 22nd the Patriotic Women's Association's Tokyo branch held the First Executive Committee for each city's sectional committee at Hibiya Park Hall, honoring the attendance of Governor [?]. Four thousand committees attended. After the committee meeting began, President Motono gave her greetings, the sectional directors and other committees announced their ideas, and a resolution was passed declaring to strive for women's suffrage.
