Myer, Director of the War Relocation Authority, presented March 23, 1944 before a joint meeting of civic organizations in Salt Lake City, titled "One Thousandth of the Nation". In his address he talks about the history of the WRA, it's purpose during the war, and the resettlement of Japanese Americans.
