Digital Library of Japanese American Incarceration Films

Shortly after the Civil Liberties Act of 1988 was signed by President Reagan, VC was contracted by the National JACL to produce a video documenting the organization’s role in the Redress campaign. This project involved interviews with many key participants, including Seattle Nisei Redress activist, Henry Miyatake, and members of Congress, Robert Matsui, Norman Mineta, Daniel K. Inouye.
