Loni Ding Oral History and Film Research Collection

This article describes the treatment experienced by German, Japanese, and Italian men who served in the American army during World War II. These men were suspected of being disloyal, removed from combat, and labeled as subversives and Axis aliens. The article also goes into detail about a mutiny at Camp Hale in Colorado as a result of their continued mistreatment. The article was published in ARMY, Vol. 32, No. 2, February, 1982 by Association of the United States Army (AUSA).
