Caption from reverse of image reads, "POTATO PLANTING TIME AT RELOCATION CENTER, Using light tractors Japanese residents of the relocation center at Tulelake, Calif., begin planting potatoes in several hundred acres of fertile soil reclaimed old Tule Lake (correct for name of lake).
