A few men look out the windows of a train while a group of men look up towards the train windows. The caption above the photo reads, "Internment Bound--Japanese-Canadians get in a final farewell as a train, bound for an internment camp, leaves Vancouver in 1942. No Canadian of Japanese descent was ever shown to be disloyal, and four decades later, the 10,000 survivors still await a government apology and financial redress."
