Title: "The relation of administration to discipline." An essay on the use of classroom discipline/control for the teacher. The paper identifies four types of control: No control, Absolute teacher control, Group control, and Unselfish self control. With each the pros and cons are discussed. The author settles upon Unselfish self control as the best option, but this is dependent several factors within their classroom.
