Graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1937 and worked as a waitress at the Tokyo Cafe until 1941. Moved to Spokane, Washington, as part of the \"voluntary evacuation\" period in March 1942. Married husband Ed Edamatsu in 1944 and worked as a domestic until retirement.<p>(This interview was conducted as part of a project to capture stories of the Japanese American community of Spokane, Washington.
