There have been arguments between the Minsei and Seiyu parties over a bill of general mobilization orders. Koizumi, head organizer of Minsei Party, and Sunada, substitute head organizer of Seiyu Party, met at 10 a.m. on the 15th to negotiate. The photo is Mr. Koizumi and Mr. Sunada at the meeting.
