Nisei male. Born April 23, 1920, in Thomas, Washington. Grew up in Thomas where father ran a general store. During World War II, removed to the Pinedale Assembly Center, California, and the Tule Lake concentration camp, California. Left camp to work in Weiser, Idaho, and opened a service station. Eventually moved to Ontario, Oregon.

Nisei male. Born 1921 in Courtland, California. Grew up in the Clarksburg area, where parents ran a farm. During World War II, removed to Turlock Assembly Center, California, and the Gila River concentration camp, Arizona. Served with the Military Intelligence Service in Japan. Eventually returned to Clarksburg and reestablished farm.

During World War II, removed to the Manzanar concentration camp, California. Left camp and worked for a time in Denver, Colorado, before eventually returning to the Los Angeles area to farm.

Nisei male. Born July 27, 1932, in Chatsworth, California. Grew up in the San Fernando Valley, California, where parents ran a farm. During World War II, removed to the Manzanar concentration camp, California. After leaving camp, returned to the San Fernando Valley, was drafted into the military during the Korean War, and eventually became an engineer.
