Nisei male. Born June 25, 1924, in Los Angeles, California. Grew up in the Los Angeles area where parents owned a flower shop. During World War II removed to the Santa Anita Assembly Center, California, and the Gila River concentration camp, Arizona. Left camp and worked in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for several years before returning to Los Angeles.
