Photocopy of a declassified typed letter from Edward J. Ennis, Director, Enemy Alien Control Unit, to Eva Koyama. Edward acknowledges receipt of her letter dated August 2nd, 1943 as well as the letter from her sister, Miriam Koyama, dated August 1st, 1943. He notifies her that her father, Keizaburo Koyama, has been granted a rehearing, but due to the numerous similar court cases, it may be several months before his case is heard. He adds that her father will be notified by the United States Attorney who has jurisdiction in his area as to when he'll be reappearing in court.
