DESCRIPTION
Photocopy of a declassified seven point sworn statement from Eva C. Goodenough on behalf of Keizaburo Koyama. The form originated in the County of Jerome, Idaho, but that information was slashed through and replaced with County of Multnomah, Oregon. For this first page of the statement, Mrs. Goodenough states that she made Dr. Keizaburo Koyama in February of 1928 and that she has frequently spoken to him. She lists speaking to him while taking care of his infant son from 1928 - 1929 when Mrs. Koyama was ill and Dr. Koyama was in dental school. She explains that over the years, her and her husband became the adopted American parents of the Koyamas and that both families saw each other often during festivals and special occasions. Mrs. Goodenough holds Dr. Koyama in high esteem and calls him "a loyal friend, and an unusually good husband and father."
