DESCRIPTION
Photocopy of a declassified letter from the North Pacific College of Oregon School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon stating that Keizaburo Koyama entered the school on October 1st, 1924 and graduated on June 10th, 1929 with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. The letter also states that Dr. Koyama was of "good moral character and habits."
