DESCRIPTION

Black and white photographic print of Yoko Takahashi Ushijima's children (from left) Rika and Junko, with Rika sitting on the hood of an automobile. Inscribed on back: "My baby's/Junko (14 age)/rika (2)/1961." Shiuko Sakai, the donor, met Yoko around 1947-1948 when Donor was billeted at an all-female hotel and Yoko was working there as a floor guard.
