Caption on reverse [translation]: "One year since Tsushu case. Tomorrow, the 29th, it will have been exactly one year since the hated Tsushu case. Itoko, 58, the wife of the cruel brute's victim in that case, Mr. Genshiro Hosotani, went to Tsushu with Mr. Hosotani's younger sister, Mrs. Hamako Matsudaira, the principal of Kanto Jyogakko, a girls' school, to mourn for Mr. Hosotani by the site of his attack.
