Caption on reverse: "NATIONAL EMPLOY PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED WEEK OPENS: The National Employ the Physically Handicapped Week officially opened yesterday with a luncheon at the Armed Forces YMCA, where 100 people interested in the rehabilitation of veterans and non-veterans heard qualified speakers stress the theme 'hire the handicapped. It's good business.' Above, left to right, were the speakers: Seated, Governor Ingram M. Stainback, W. C. Avery, chairman of the committee; Dr. Claude H.
