Caption on reverse [translation]: "US Secretary of State Stimson Meets with Italian Prime Minister Mussolini First. (Rome) Rengo Arrived July 29. American Secretary of State Stimson arrived in Naples on July 7 on the Italian steamship the SS Conte Grande and immediately headed to Rome. He met with Prime Minister Mussolini on the 8th and the two discussed the moratorium issue and next year's conference on general military disarment. Mr. Stimson will be visiting various other European countries for similiar exchanges of opinion on important issues. He will visit Paris on the 15th, Berlin on the 21st, and London on the 27th."
