Caption on reverse [translation]: "Paris (Rengo). British Prime Minister MacDonald arrived in Paris on December 7 accompanied by Foreign Secretary Simon on his way to attend the World Disarmament Conference currently going on in Geneva as well as seperate talks on the Sino-Japanese issue by the Council of the League of Nations. He was greeted by a number of French leaders including Minister of War (now Prime Minister) Paul-Boncour. After a productive stay in which he talked with various French government groups, he headed for Geneva.
