Caption on reverse [translation]: "Domei Overseas Photographic News September 26. Two Enemies in the Same Boat. (Des Moines, Iowa) Domei. With the presidential race finally heating up and the campaigns of hard-fighting President Roosevelt and Republican candidate Kansas Governor Alfred Landon in utter opposition, the two met at the drought conference held here on the 4th. The conference, which is unrelated to the election, was held so that President Roosevelt could see the drought stricken area for himself [illegible] based on the reports of officials investigating it.
