The German republic, where progression towards national management of the social economy is becoming unavoidable, is preparing for the Lausanne Conference on reparations. It faces the possibility of complete national bankruptcy as it enters 1932. President Marshall Von Hindenburg requested over the radio that the German people meet this emergency with great determination. [Written] 1932."
