Caption on reverse [translation]: "If Hitler Wore the Kaiser's Uniform. (Berlin) Rengo. It may be a completely ridiculous fantasy to imagine what if Chancellor Hitler, who has become the supreme leader of Germany following the death of President Von Hindenburg, had become the German Kaiser and wore that uniform, but such an image was recently drawn by a German cartoonist, complete with a fabulous helmet and the Kaiser's moustache. Depending on the circumstances, perhaps this is a most bold reflection of Hitler's feelings?"
