Caption on reverse [translation]: "(Tokyo) February 27, 1935. Wang Chonghui, who visited Tokyo on the 19th while returning to The Hague and held important meetings with major public and private figures such as Prime Minister Okada, Foreign Minister Hirota, and War Minister Hayashi and worked to improve Sino-Japanese goodwill finished his important mission and his arrangements with economic envoy Zhen Bofan, who entered Tokyo on the 27th. He departed the capitol headed for Hakone as planned at 10:45 a.m. that same day on a train from Tokyo Station, where he was seen off by many offiicals and private citizens. Photograph: 1.
