Tomio Itabashi and Frances (Itabashi) Nishimura Collection

Will of James E. Faucett, in which he leaves 10 acres of land to Tomio and Frances Itabashi and grants to their uncle and foster father Buichiro "Johnny" Itabashi the use and occupancy of 85 acres, a house, and a cow barn, rent-free until both children had reached adult status, and for $18/year paid to the Faucett estate executrix thereafter. Document includes other terms for distribution of his estate and names his sister Ellen Adeline Hodge as executrix.
