DESCRIPTION

Varnished wooden board. Front side features an image either burned or painted into it of two barracks, a road a watch tower, and a mountain in the distance with a cross on it, as well as about 40 signed messages of blessing and well wishes. Possibly created at the 1943 wedding of Frances (Itabashi) Nishimura and Shizuo Nishimura at Tule Lake and signed by guests.
