Bert Fraser's , DOJ Officer in Charge of the Alien Detention Station in Ft. Missoula, letter of introduction for Chimata Sumida upon his induction that day to travel to Rohwer. Chimata Sumida "served various supervisory capabilities and was Acting Mayor of the Japanese Camp for 3 months. He was at all times "very cooperative with supervisory officers in charge."
