Letter gives news from Rohwer including that the "segregation train" left and was expected to arrive in Tule Lake the next day. He comments on the Japanese that relocated in places such as Cincinnati are pioneers, and not all Caucasians are prejudiced. He states that most of the young men left at Rohwer are waiting to be drafted.
