A large group of children gather in front of the Buddhist Church of Oakland to participate in the chigo procession during the Oakland Buddhist Church dedication ceremony. The term "chigo" refers to "festival children," who are typically quite young and associated with temple activities. Original caption: "Chigo Parade."
