Program lists the order of events for a speaking program and dinner, a list of charter members of the 1936 Eden Township Chapter of the JACL and the 1997 Eden Township JACL, introduces Herbert Yamanishi as National Director, and includes a copy of an oration given by the winner of the 1996 Minoru Yasui Oratorical Competition, Jessica Mariko Deardorff, about what it's like as an 18-year-old to learn what internment meant to the Nisei and Issei.
