Caption: "President Harry Truman visited Fitsimons Hospital in Denver, Colorado to no fanfare. / The patients were taken by surprise. I was able to take these photos as my trustworthy / fellow patient who seemed to know all the rumors floating around, told me which wards he / would visit and in which order. I was the only person with a portable flash and a large / camera. No reporters or any other news personnel."
