Original caption: Manzanar Relocation Center, Manzanar, California. A barrack building has been turned into a library at this War Relocaton Authority center for evacuees of Japanese ancestry. These and other books have been donated by friends, Shelving will be soon made, and the library set up with the use of modern techniques by a trained evacuee librarian in charge.
