Original caption: Manzanar Relocation Center, Manzanar, California. Evacuees family of Japanese ancestry relax in front of their barrack room at the end of day. The father is a worker on the farm project at this War Relocaton Authority center. Note the chair which was made of scrap lumber, and the wooden shoes known as Getas made by evacuees.
